6. I Want to Return an item

We hope you will be more than happy with your purchase, but inevitably an item may slip through the net and require returning to us.
Whatever the reason, we ask that you CONTACT US FIRST, quoting your unique reference number on your invoice, and we will advise you what action should be taken.
In the case of faulty, unwanted, or not-as-described items; we will arrange for the return of the item and a replacement or refund.
